New Line of TCXO
GED completed development of the test and calibration system for high stability TCXO. Unique "All in One" calibration
algorithm shortening lead time and increasing production volume for newly developed TCXO with frequency range 10.0-125.0MHz and Phase-noise down
to -120dBc@100Hz offset.

LMPL is a high performance frequency synthesizer series. Utilizing GED's VCO and
fractional N frequency synthesizer technique, the LMPL provides low phase noise and
fast settling time. It is ideal for wireless applications. The module includes an output amplifier
to boost the output up to +13 dBm for Local Oscillator application. Output of 100 MHz to 2.2 GHz with up
to 40% bandwidth is offered from the LMPL_B and LMPL_H models. These modules are furnished
with an internal +/-1 PPM GED's TCXO, external reference input SMA connector is also available for
customer convenience. Three wire serial interface makes easy for frequency programmed. RF main output and
reference output are available through SMA connectors. Visual detect and lock signal status are also
provided in these modules. The LMPL_B is a 1.6" x 2.5" x 0.75" printed circuit board, while the
LMPL_H module is packaged in a 2.1" x 2.25" x 0.90" metal housing.
The low cost surface mount model, LMPL_S, offers output frequency centered from 100 MHz to 1.1 GHz with up
to 10% bandwidth. The module is 1.5" x 1.5" x 0.25" in size. External reference input required for this
model.
All GED's frequency synthesizers optimized for specific resolution step size which is specified by
customer. However, resolution of 12.5 KHZ to 2 MHZ could be programmed with different spurious
performance.
