GED completed development of a family of both phase-locked and direct digital synthesizers. Phase-locked synthesizers feature low noise signals up to 8 GHz. Direct digital synthesizers (DDS) feature high resolution (less than 1 Hz step size). Both families can be customized to meet your specific requirements.

Description

LMFX_SXXX is a series of frequency translators, using PLL technique to translate any input frequency from 8KHz to 200MHz to a specific output frequency from 1MHz to 800MHz.

Up to 4 different input frequencies could be locked to a high quality SAW or Crystal voltage controlled oscillators.

Feature

  • Single 5V or 3.3V power supply
  • Optional HCMOS or single ended PECL input signal
  • Comp. PECL output, or HCMOS output option for below 200MHz
  • Low output jitter
  • Lock signal alarm
  • Control voltage monitor output
  • 1.0" x 0.8" x 0.25" Surface Mount Package.
