Description
LMFX_SXXX is a series of frequency translators, using PLL technique to translate any input frequency from
8KHz to 200MHz to a specific output frequency from 1MHz to 800MHz.
Up to 4 different input frequencies could be locked to a high quality SAW or Crystal voltage controlled oscillators.
Feature
- Single 5V or 3.3V power supply
- Optional HCMOS or single ended PECL input signal
- Comp. PECL output, or HCMOS output option for below 200MHz
- Low output jitter
- Lock signal alarm
- Control voltage monitor output
- 1.0" x 0.8" x 0.25" Surface Mount Package.
